珂润是花王旗下一个针对敏感肌肤的品牌。这款乳酸的配方设计，也是针对干燥、敏感、红血丝肌肤补水保湿设计的。基础用油是硅油和角鲨烷，都是比较清爽的油脂，性质温和，不刺激。这种配方架构，特点是保湿清爽不油腻。
 
这款面霜的保湿剂除了甘油、尿囊素、丁二醇外，还添加了鲸蜡基-PG 羟乙基棕榈酰胺，这个成分和神经酰胺类似，除了具有不错的保湿效果，还可以增强表皮细胞的屏障作用，修复受损皮肤。
 
这款面霜性质温和，质感清爽，不油腻、厚重，具有一定的修复作用。适合敏感、脆弱、红血丝肌肤补水、保湿。油皮在夏季使用有点油腻，其他季节可以正常使用；偏干性皮肤在特别干燥寒冷的季节使用，滋润度不够，锁水能力稍弱，保湿持续时间短。其他季节使用无压力。
